It has been hailed as a miracle worker for agitated teething babies and has become one of the must-have children's products around.
So what better for Miranda Kerr to choose for her son Flynn than Sophie The Giraffe when his teeth began to come through.
The 28-year-old model was spotted carrying her five-month-old son, her first child with husband Orlando Bloom, from a friend's house in Hollywood yesterday, with the baby happily chomping away on Sophie.

Model mother Miranda looked stylish in a white cut-out vest top and black skinny jeans, while little Flynn wore a pair of red trousers and a blue T-shirt for his day out.
And despite all the distractions at Miranda's house, Flynn couldn't tear himself away from Sophie, who has been the most popular teething toy in France for the past 50 years.
The website states that Sophie is entirely safe for babies, adding: 'Most importantly her flexible, renewable, natural rubber materials and non-toxic paint mean Sophie the Giraffe is a safe and all-natural teething toy for your little one.'

'(Flynn is) a big baby, 4.5 kilograms at birth, and I thought to myself, "I have so much more that I want to do aside from modelling. I can live with my body not being in shape if I have a healthy son. It’s worth it"', Miranda told the new issue of Australian InStyle magazine.
