And we can understand why she's smiling.
Lovely Louise, who once topped FHM's World's Sexiest Woman poll, is looking FAB-U-LOUS.
Not only is she sporting an impressively toned physique but she's rumoured to eat like a normal human being.
Before making herself comfortable on the sun lounger, Louise took a look down at her washboard stomach and seemed suitably impressed by what she saw.
And we can't say we blame her.
