If you're going to be arriving for a social event by helicopter then you have to make sure that there will be no wardrobe mishaps on arrival.
Something which Lydia Bright clearly didn't take into account when she got out of a helicopter that had flown her to a VIP event in her native county today.
The Only Way Is Essex star was snapped struggling with her dress as she climbed out of a helicopter to join the rest of the cast at the Duke of Essex Polo Trophy in Gaynes Park, Epping.

Caught in the breeze from the aircraft's blades, Lydia unwittingly flashed her black sparkly pants as she started to walk across the lawn.
Realising what was happening, she grabbed her white dress and tried to pull it down before she cleared her windy path and laughed in embarrassment as she finally managed to smooth her frock down.
And she took to her Twitter page to post a picture of her with her co-stars and said: 'Me & the gals fab so far. Apart from the slight incident when my dress flew up from helicopter!'

Lydia was one of several members of the TOWIE cast attending what they consider the highlight of their summer social calendar.
Now fully bonafide VIPs since the huge success of their reality TV show, the gang were brought to this year's event by helicopter, giving them the full five-star treatment.
The gang never miss the event and it was where Lydia met James 'Arg' Argent a few years ago.

And although they officially split in April, it came as no surprise to see them arrive together at the event where their love affair started.
Before the event, James said: 'We come every year – it is Essex at its best and best dressed. Lydia and I met here too at the after party a few years ago, so it will always hold a special place in my heart as it introduced me to my soulmate.
'I’m also performing in the evening this year, so I’ll be giving guests and all my mates in the crowd a real Essex showstopper to remember.'

Other TOWIE stars attending the polo was Maria Fowler, Chloe Simms, Lucy Mecklenburgh and Joey Essex.
Lauren Pope and Kirk Norcross, who recently announced they had split up, were also there but arrived separately.
They were all there to cheer on Team Great Britain as it took on South America at the event, which is sponsored by Lawlors Property Services.

Noticeably absent was Mark Wright and his fiancée Lauren Goodger, who never miss the polo event.
In fact, Mark recently said: 'It’s a brilliant day and night out and we all get suited and booted for the occasion.
'We have had an amazing, crazy year together with the show getting so big so fast, so it’s always great to go back to our roots and have a summer day and night out at one of our old favourites.'

He also expressed his relief that the local council had retracted 'noise and safety' objections to the event.
The club promoter said: 'We all thought the council objections were just plain daft when we heard about it – Essex noisy? Neve.'
Other guests also included Bianca Gascoigne, publicist Claire Powell who arrived with her client Danielle Brown, Nicola McLean and her footballer husband Tom Williams and TV DIY presenter Nick Knowles and his girlfriend Jessica Rose Moor.

Along with other guests, they enjoyed a champagne reception, a four-course lunch made by Masterchef cook Gregg Wallace and entertainment including a charity auction.
And although she was been a patron of the event in 2009, Katie Price gave it a wide berth this year - which was hardly surprising.
Not only was ex-boyfriend Dane Bowers in attendance but so were her two ex-husbands, Peter Andre and Alex Reid.

Peter was this year's guest of honour and opened the match by throwing a ball at the start of the game.
And Alex arrived with new girlfriend Chantelle Houghton who looked very pretty in a maxi dress with an unusual green, white and black print - although she had to call on Alex to help untangle her when she caught her heel on the hem.
