You've heard the rumours, now here's the proof - Paris Hilton is locking lips with Hangover director Todd Phillips at an Independence Day bash in Malibu.

Just yesterday there was speculation about the pair's relationship - though they have known each other for years, US reports suggested Paris and Todd had gone beyond friendship.
And it seems the rumours were true because this looks anything but platonic.

We've got to admire Paris' speedy work though - it's been less than two weeks since the heiress split from Cy Waits and decided to "get to know herself".

Guess what - she's already achieved her goal.
